Dr Rich Lane

Rich has over 20 years of experience working and building in IT, cybersecurity, fintech, blockchain, mobile applications, large data sets, and the web. Rich has worked with several successful and award-winning start-ups and scale-ups, alongside some international enterprise entities, including Fortune 300 companies, Dentsu, Wunderman, Hilton Hotels, Sony, NTT Data, GSK, and more. He has a passion for security and purpose-built blockchain deployments, focusing on distributed ledger and data immutability.

Rich graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctorate in Business Administration (thesis on blockchain), holds an MBA (Computing) from Charles Sturt, and a Master's in Marketing from BerkleyX. Additionally, Rich has published three international patents. He has also won Good Design Awards for products, Blockchain Australia's first Blockie Award for Blockchain Start-up/Scale-up of the Year, and was recognised as the 2019 Blockchain Business of the Year
